Sou\u010det hodnot obou nemovitost\u00ed je toti\u017e dostate\u010dn\u011b vysok\u00fd.Jak to ale bude se z\u00e1stavou druh\u00e9 nemovitosti? Bude trvat po celou dobu, co budete hypot\u00e9ku spl\u00e1cet? Nikoliv. Z\u00e1stava druh\u00e9 nemovitosti je do\u010dasn\u00e1 a vy m\u016f\u017eete po\u017e\u00e1dat o vyv\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed nemovitosti ze z\u00e1stavy, a to v okam\u017eiku, jakmile splat\u00edte \u010d\u00e1stku, kter\u00e1 se rovn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161i p\u016fvodn\u011b po\u017eadovan\u00fdch \u00faspor, tzn. 10 \u2013 20 % z po\u0159izovac\u00ed ceny nemovitosti.
